Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

We are committed to getting your PUPEYE gear to you, wherever you are in the world. Our fulfillment center in Ohio, USA, processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (New York time) on a business day are typically packed and shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

  • All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping (EU, UK, Australia, NZ, Canada)

We are proud to offer international shipping to our community in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

  • All Duties & Taxes Paid at Checkout: We provide a seamless delivery experience. All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. This means there are no surprise fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final landed cost.

  • Estimated Transit Times: Shipping times vary by destination. Once your order is dispatched, the average transit time is typically 7-15 business days. Please note this is an estimate and can be affected by customs clearance procedures in your country.

  • Local Delivery: Once your package clears customs, it will be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

Domestic US Shipping

  • Shipping Method: We ship all domestic US orders using an Express service.

  • Estimated Transit Times: Once your order has been shipped, the average transit time is 2-3 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and not guaranteed.

Back-Ordered & Pre-Ordered Items

If an item in your order is on back-order or is a pre-order, your entire order will ship together once the item becomes available. The estimated shipping date for these items is noted on the product description page.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. PUPEYE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is passed to the shipping carrier, PUPEYE is no longer responsible for it. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and local post office. For international orders, your local postal service will have the most up-to-date delivery information.

  • If you still cannot locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
